It's very interesting, but the user is looking for something for make international calls from Spain, not for receiving international calls. Otherwise, it's very interesting and the user probably doesn't knowk this service.

Actually, I believe that you can make calls at low rates, and I can tell because I have done them.

Thanks to all for feedbacks. I have checked all comapnies and best for me is Switzernet. It has no connection fee the rates are cheap, the quality is great and the best I can use the line from everywhere, like Iam in Spain and the rates remain the same, also between Switzernet subscribers the calls are free
