Cambio de tarifa a mitad de ciclo: se prorratean los minutos?

Hola, he llamado al 123 para preguntar como se tarifica si cambio a una tarifa plana a mitad de ciclo, y me han contestado que se prorratea la cuota, pero que los minutos los dan enteros, o sea, que si son 200 minutos al mes, me dan 200 minutos para la mitad de mes... yo lo veo raro, alguien puede confirmarmelo? Gracias!

Te confirmo que los minutos los dan enteros!!!
Si cambias el día 12 el dia de antes puedes agotas todos los minutos sin problema!!
Incluso si la pones el ultimo día del mes tendrás todos esos minutos para gastar antes del cambio de ciclo!!!
