Os comento un poco por si alguien ha tenido algún caso similar últimamente.
El pasado abril una amiga se pasó a vodafone con un nokia lumia 520 y ayer se le callo a la bañera y como imaginareis no arranca.
Me ha preguntado que podría hacer? Así que no se si llamar a bajas por si pueden hacer algo o si en portabilidades se podría sacar algo.
Solo tiene permanencia de 75€ en vodafone. Nada en tarifa.

Si es de abril tendrá gama, por lo que no creo que tenga ningún problema en amagar y le resetearán todo
