[AYUDA] Problema honor holly

He comprado hace una semana un honor holly y no funciona en sensor de proximidad y cuando me llaman la pantalla no se desbloquea y tengo que hacerlo yo para ver quien me llama si no se queda negra.¿Es problema del movil o es así?

he encontrado la solcion en internet:
The problem is with you proximity sensors.Do not worry follow me:
1. switch off the phone .
2.power on by pressing the power button and volume down down button.
3. when the honor logo comes leave all button.
4. you will come into a screen called like factory .....
5.click on full test.
6.then when it comes to proximity calibration setting place the phone on a flat ground (remove any case of protecting cover on the phone) the hit calibrate .when it shows pass click on the big pass botton. the remove the battery of the phone . then put it in and boot the phone .YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SLOVED

¡Hola mrxn! Comprueba por favor si algún objeto está tapando la parte superior de la pantalla del teléfono porqué allí se encuentra el sensor de proximidad.

¡Hola mrxn! Comprueba por favor si algún objeto está tapando la parte superior de la pantalla del teléfono porqué allí se encuentra el sensor de proximidad.
