3. Eligibility: Participants must be a registered member of the AliExpress.com website. Entry to this Game is free. Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, any company involved in the Game, together with their agents and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Participate:
1. Beginning on November 25, 2013 00:00 PST, login to the webpage for the Game on the AliExpress.com website at: [Debes estar logueado para poder ver los enlaces.] (the “Game Page”);
2. Press the start button to begin the Game. Control the up and down arrows on your keyboard to control the train. Try to collect as many gifts along the way. The more gifts you collect, the higher your score is. Your scores are cumulative during the Game Period;
3. There is a limit of one (1) entry per registered member per day during the Game Period. However, you may increase your number of plays by doing the following steps:
i. Click the “Invite your Friends” button on the Game Page;
ii. A URL to the Game Page (as defined below) will appear for you to invite others to play the Game by clicking on the URL;
iii. Each time another person clicks the link, you will be awarded with an extra chance to play the Game;
4. You are entitled to redeem AliExpress Coupons using your scores;

5. Your scores will be deducted each time you redeem a coupon. The number of scores deducted for each type of coupon is set forth in the table above. Any unredeemed scores after the Game Period will be void.
5. Coupons Terms and Conditions:
1) There is a limit to the number of Coupons that you can redeem during the Game Period. Please refer to the table in Clause 4 of these Official Rules.
2） The Coupons can only be used on December 2, 2013 on AliExpress.com between 00:00:00 PST and 23:59:59 PM PST (the “Usage Period”). The use of the Coupons is restricted on certain value of transactions on the website of AliExpress.com as set forth in the table in Clause 4 of these Official Rules.
3) Coupons that remain unused after the Usage Period will lapse and cannot be refunded or exchange for anything.
4) Use of any AliExpress.com coupons is subject to the AliExpress Coupons Terms and Conditions, which can be found at Debes estar logueado para poder ver los enlaces. In the event that any terms and conditions set forth in the AliExpress Coupons Terms and Conditions conflict with any terms of these Official Rules, the terms of these Official Rules shall prevail.
6. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible, and shall have no liability to it or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of the participant’s participation in the Game.
7. General Rules: By participating in the Game, the participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise. The Promoter reserves the right in it sole and absolute discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Official Rules or the Game in whole or in part, without liability to the participant. The amended and restated Official Rules shall be effective immediately upon posting on the AliExpress.com website. After posting of the amended and restated Official Rules, the participant’s continued participation in the Game shall be deemed to be its acceptance of the amended and restated Official Rules. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. You shall not use any improper or immoral act or method, including but not limited to altering the source code of the Game Page, to directly or indirectly alter the mechanics or operation of the game or to alter the outcome of your Game. 9. Governing Law: The participants agree that this Game is governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Game must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong. The participant and all persons making claim through or on account of the participant, hereby agrees to and irrevocably consents to the venue of Hong Kong and submits to the jurisdiction of said courts.
